All artworks and products are shipped from Brisbane, Australia.
Original pieces will be packaged and shipped within one week of ordering.
Reproductions are printed to order, therefore will be packaged and shipped within two weeks.

I am a very small business, so I only go to the post office once or twice a week - so I can give myself as much time as possible to paint! I appreciate your understanding.
Prints will be posted in mailing tubes. Original pieces on stretched canvas and prints in frames will be shipped in a box. Products such as tea towels & greeting cards will be posted in a compostable mailing bag or tracked envelope. All pieces will be packaged with care to ensure a safe delivery.
Online pricing is inclusive of free shipping, anywhere in Australia, for orders over $50. Orders under $50 will have a flat rate of $5 applied at checkout. All packages are sent via regular Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided to you once your parcel has been sent.
Please be mindful that you are responsible for tracking your purchase. Failure to collect your parcel from your local post office will result in your parcel being returned to me, upon which you will need to cover the costs of re-postage.
Please note that delivery times with Australia Post can vary depending on location and times of the year (example: Christmas). Regular post items should arrive in 2 to 5 business days for same-state deliveries. Please allow up to 7 business days for interstate deliveries. These are indicative times only by Australia Post, and cannot be guaranteed.
I do not currently provide for International shipping, however please email me if you would like a custom quote!
Please note that I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Every necessary precaution is taken to make sure that any parcel arrives at its destination safely. Damaged items must be reported within 24hrs from receipt of parcel.
Please send an image depicting the damage / fault (including the packaging) with your name, order number and contact number to email@example.com to ensure a speedy resolution.
Once your email has been reviewed, I will contact you to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement piece is not available, or the purchase was an original art painting, we will discuss an alternative resolution.
In the case of damages where the buyer is not at fault, Emily Day Studio will pay the shipping costs for returning the damaged item. The damaged item must be returned to me prior to the replacement being sent out.
In the event where a product arrives damaged, please allow 2 weeks for the dispatch of a replacement, unless agreed otherwise, to take into consideration reprint times.
